Now, I don’t know much about wine but damn, this was a fun time. Gary totally shocked Sarah and I right off the bat with his energy (watch Sarah’s face at the beginning) and generously gave us a bunch of wine on our way out. Sometimes a trip to NJ is worth it.
This is a seriously breathtaking episode. Nice work dudes!

These guys do the most amazing interactive graphics. At work after finding out that everyone had escaped from the plane we’d been watching float down the Hudson, someone suggested the interactive graphic for that would probably be up “tomorrow” and would be “amazing.” It was up later that same day.

I would enjoy having tumblr likes available via the tumblr API. That’d be sweet.
Hulu on TV
At CES this year one of the biggest stories was widgets on internet connected TVs. Widgets on TV sounds kinda dumb (and it might be) but it’s not terrible because some of the example widgets were Rhapsody, Netflix, Amazon Video on Demand and Hulu… they were also pretty slick.
However, I have a feeling this makes the NBC execs who greenlighted Hulu want to shoot themselves in the face....
Today I’m an advertisers dream: I’m muting during the show and unmuting during commerical breaks.
I’m also watching MTV for the first time in years trying to see the new CH ad.
